HG, congratulations on your KTN blog’s 11th anniversary. Thank you for the existence of your Legacy that offers the tools to learn self-preservation against the manipulations of those that operate on different drivers, some of which that were masked by behaviours that contradicted some of what they may say compared to what they do.
Navigating through your work and reading other people’s experiences was not always an easy one, as awareness of what oneself is and having to remain vigilant when around other people, including online interaction.
Joining your blog during the midst of the Covid Pandemic was a life-saving opportunity otherwise the isolation would have caused more damage than people will understand, or, experience themselves.
More health professionals need to access your work in order to understand better their clients / patients as narcissistic abuse (CPTSD) is a life-long condition. Some narcissists being diagnosed with some other “mental health” condition that seems to be “fashionable” at present is impacting society more than doing good for humanity.
Thank you for providing the space to speak up and talk. Whether some people listen is another matter.
