Well HG, this story is proving to be some media / public ‘storm’.
I watched a small number of videos (totalling approximate 1:45 hours) of the court room, including testimonials from the grandmother, the sister, the nanny and the husband. I was also observing Clancy’s lawyer’s behaviours and Clancy herself. I also found quite a detailed article that I found rather interesting as it was quite exhaustive. **I will respectfully await your analysis (as it progresses) as you will have spent some considerable time perusing the information and gathering the facts for your students / viewers / readers…..

I may be jumping the gun by recalling your series on Virginia McCullough (Parricide); Helen Hewlett…..
or did her medication combined with the pressures of being a parent ‘interfere’ with what she did as forms of coping strategies ie work-outs in their basement / at the gym? I think something big triggered her especially in the summer / autumn of 2022 and part of the reason for employing the nanny at that time.
From what I understand, Lindsay was / did receive a lot of support from doctors / healthcare professionals; her family; her husband and also had a nanny and yet it was not enough to prevent what took place. She was prescribed with many medications (whether by trialling, or combined, or was simply not doing the work she expected them to?).
It is understandable that there would be a reduction in emotional empathy (if any) from herself, possibly lack of empathy, especially following her fall as some people just do not recover mentally / emotionally from a trauma as such as she experienced, or, even have a form of brain damage.
Observing her mother was interesting.

What about the presumption of innocence?
She is innocent as it stands.
Untill a jury convicts her of murdering her 3 children no one can start from the assumption that she murdered her 3 children.
I will accept that you do a hypothetical exercise, but I will 100% defend her right for the presumption of innocence.
She killed the three children.
She is seeking to avoid a conviction for murder by maintaining she was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity namely post partum psychosis.

We all wait with bated breath.
Ummm, Patrick Clancy remarrying, his wife (“DR” infertility specialist)🤔coming to the trial, his body language, fidgeting n scratching the back of his neck and nose, extremely stoic, slumped shoulders, licking his lips, his blinking omg ……hmmmmm 🤔
Why didn’t he stick around and support his wife thru this horrific tragedy ? Instead he divorces her and moves to a new city.
I didn’t like the look of him when I first laid eyes on him……judgemental(?) absolutely haha
Or seen another way, why would you stick around and support the woman who killed your children? Most people, even if they accepted she was mentally ill, would be so devastated they couldn’t bear to be around such a person.

Yes please do a video on both of them! I have been waiting for this! I don’t believe that it is just post pardon depression, but I did not follow the trial very much. I am amazed at how many women think she should get off and how much many both of them have made from Go Fund Me.
