  1. He told me I was going to hell, I just calmly replied how can one go to hell when one has been living in hell with you
The next thing I knew he was trying kill me, literally.
    He wasn’t successful
I remember his eyes in that moment, I stared into darkness. In that moment He wasn’t.
    He died soon after this.

I know it wasnt funny at the time but it strikes me now, that should maybe have been his title the way they go in search of it constantly lol. You should have bought him a flashlight.

      2. NA, It’s funny now that I had a day to think about it. He gave me a flashlight well before we were fighting. Now it is all just hilarious!

  2. I found that fuel index fascinating HG. I was telling my counselor just yesterday how you wrote about one of your mornings and how you go along your day and you point out where the fuel comes from and what it’s worth to you. It’s an excellent way for us to understand.

And I shared your version of the 12 days of Christmas with her.

Jaded has me singing along with her 🎼🎼

      1. Hi Jaded,
She thinks that HG is a remarkable man.
She was curious as to what the 12 days were. We talked about the three false friends since the fakery and illusion is something we often discuss.
She also has enjoyed the memes that I have shared with her. She finds them very insightful.
I might have to buy her one of HG’s books.

      2. All it takes is one HG and I might have the whole psychological center interested in your work. How could they not be?
        Is Evil out on paperback?
Or is there a better one for a therapist?

      3. That is true SW and I am pleased you continue to advocate on my behalf. Evil is not out in PB yet, Sex and the Narcissist is always a good one for them.

      4. I will go with that recommendation.
        Thanks HG.
I am determined to get some of these therapists educated ( HG style)

  3. HG, what brings more”plesaure”for you, when you get the fuel without effort or when you have to make an effort to get the fuel? In this context is there quality of fuel, or fuel is fuel?
    Thank you

      1. Is it possible then that process itself is THE FUEL, and not the outcome of the process?
        Hmm…interesting
        Thank you

  4. Three false friends

    Two violent shoves

And an overnight stay in A and E.

Did you know that in some cultures it is polite to refuse gifts, HG? I refuse these gifts.

    Humbug.

      1. Any we choose. There is lots to choose from that can form a four word sentence. Then again ‘whore’ or ‘bitch’ shouted four times works just as well.

Im glad you didnt have to hear them, but as HG points out-even the pet names sometimes mean something else to them , so theyre probably getting them in anyway without us knowing. Not that I care-I would have loved to be called BOSS ( best of seven sluts). Thats hilarious ( and fitting in my case).

      3. Hi NarcAngel,
EVERYTHING meant something else to her. I didn’t understand the pet names til HG wrote an article about them. But I kept one because I like it. 🍎

        BOSS made me laugh πŸ˜‚

  5. Hmm….

    Its all your fault?
    You are a slut?
    Shut the f*** up?
    You make me sick?
    Shes just a friend?
    Why do I bother?
    You are a liar?
    You’re not the one?
    I never loved you?

You’ll have to narrow it down.

    1. Narc Angel, ‘i never loved you’ hurts the most. My narc, being passive aggressive, simply stopped saying ‘i love you’ rather than saying ‘i never loved you.’
But by then, i loved him so much, the damage was done 😞
