I am currently not having any contact with any known-to-me living Narcs. I am in no hurry to have any intimate relationship whatsoever. I wish to avoid as many future encounters with narcs as possible.My last relationship was 38 years with a narc who is now deceased so am aware of a lot of their behaviors. I read voraciously. Shall I start with this book? Or can someone give me a recommendation for which books to start with for my situation?
