This makes so much sense. HG always know how to explain all things narc.”

For the first time I actually feel able to do something about the way I am being treated. Nobody understands his kind the way HG does. He should be read around the world.”

    HG,

Is there any article you have written that explains what happens when a source escapes while placed on the shelf, painted white by the narcissist?

    1. HG Tudor says:

Please see Black or White : On The Shelf in the Knowledge Vault.

        Thanks!

          Pleasure.

      2. Bekah B says:

How do I access a bulletin in the Knowledge Vault for purchase?

        1. HG Tudor says:

You choose the one you require and add it to your cart, Bekah. Go to the Knowledge Vault, click on the link which will take you to Gumroad where the products are hosted, select the ones you require, add to cart and away you go.

Unfortunately, I am having incredible difficulty with this.. When I click on “Enter Here” from the Knowledge Vault page, I am taken to a website where I can only submit my email address for “Following” the bulletins and product listings.. If I go to just gumroad.com and search for HG Tudor, I do not see the Black Or White: On The Shelf product.. 🙁

            Use this link

      Bekah B,

How are you and yours doing during this Covid-thing?

      1. Bekah B says:

        Hello WhoCares,

Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.. I haven’t been on the site much at all, after consulting with HG recently and using the resources in the Knowledge Vault.. Me and my children have all been faring well within this COVID-19 pandemic.. I am blessed to still have a care facility to send them to while I continue to work.. And thankfully, we have all been healthy throughout this time..

I’m currently in the process of coping with the after effects and adverse consequences of recently engaging with the narcissist (through phone conversations) for the past month, after not having any engagement for nearly a year and a half.. ET is high and I feel like a shell of myself, but I only have myself to blame.. I’ve been studying this stuff for years now and I knew of the high likelihood of adverse consequences I would face if I gave into my ET and all it led me to say and do these past weeks.. So, right now it is still fresh and I’ve been wallowing in all of my negative emotions.. But with time, I will do my best to get back to an equilibrium and certain level of confidence to approach the world with once again..

Thanks so much for asking of my well-being.. How have you been throughout this time?

        1. WhoCares says:

          Bekah B,

I so glad you stopped by and that you and your children are faring well! (It is awesome to still have childcare at this time.)

I’m sorry that your ET got the best of you for a bit and you’re feeling the repercussions of that. I hope you feel better soon 💙Don’t be too hard on yourself.

I have been doing well thank-you. It’s a difficult time in some ways – but mostly okay. I am a little frustrated that certain areas of my life cannot move forward at this time due to Covid-19, but then again everyone’s lives are on hold for the most part. I am also a little annoyed that I cannot go outside and enjoy the spring weather when and how I want to.
Social isolation isn’t really an issue though; just means I have to be a bit more creative at times… although at some point my son is really going to start missing the company of other children and I miss other adults!

          Take care and stay well❤️
