This book is the next one I’m getting and studying, as I’m 27% Co Dependent Empath, I need to read this book. I’m sure I’ll have questions afterwards. 😁

I saw your post in another thread but can’t find it. You said you got 4 triggers for co-d. Would you mind sharing?
I feel good about making the abusers feel small to.. I might feel embarrassed and surprised by my conduct at times but I don’t think I’m bad seed however.🤷♀️
