In light of the generosity of particular readers, the growing Angel Assistance Fund has already helped numerous people, from Audio Consultations, through to Narc Detectors and Email Consultations, each applicant having met the relevant criteria of the AAF Protocol. There have been some very grateful people indeed.
Donations of course remain required, such is demand, however, in order to assist the wider readership, I have ring fenced US $ 2000 of the fund (US $ 1000 from donors and US $ 1000 matched from me) which will be put towards subsidising 20 Zero Impact Assistance Packages so rather than cost US $ 200, they will be half price but with all the assistance to achieve zero impact.

Yes unfortunately I am back from my travels. It was absolutely amazing, however I didn’t find a young gentlemen, ( not that I was looking ) but there sure was plenty of eye candy to look at! It looks like I might be going down again next weekend I’m not sure yet! If I do go perhaps when I get back this time I will have something to share with you? Hahaha. 🙃

Foolme—we all are much more self focused than we may think right?! Healthy narcissism? I like it. I’ve bent over backwards for useless people my entire life. I won’t even put an ace wrap on a person’s knee unless I gave birth to them! I tell people they need to adjust to their own liking:) If they are infirm I usually pawn off and trade favors. Or make the medical students do it—they are gullible little suckers and afraid to say no. You would not believe what I can cajole the attendings into doing for me! I have to keep my crown straight.
