If you’ve encountered a narcissist, this Assistance Package is exactly what you need. Unfortunately, very few psychotherapists will ever tell you about “no contact.” Most of them, gently (some perhaps a bit more insistently, but still “gently”), will only highlight the toxic behaviour of “that person” in your life — and that’s where it ends.
