My narc-ex is thinking about me.
Good to know what lies beneath.
Must be the season. Whatever the trigger, I know the emotions are not genuine, but I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t want to know the HEC calculation.

I’m guessing in my case the most recent IPPS is in devaluation.

He is busily rewriting history and hoping to breach my defences.
When an empath has ‘inadvertently’ wounded a narcissist, the narcissist will switch their focus elsewhere. In the mind of the narcissist (consciously or unconsciously – depending on the school), the empath has done “wrong”, “criticised” and “threatened the control”. As a result, the narcissist ‘replaces’ the empath.
