I am a truthseeker and like to infer and conclude, wondering what this says about Christopher Lloyd, the actor. “Doc Brown”. Six marriages and five divorces. Some facial features do seem to appear on narcissists, I gather because of the raised testosterone levels. The bold stare, and there is often quite hard skin on the nosetip (whatever shape of the nose), I’ve noticed. I really like Lloyd though.
Haha, yes, well I have actually read in studies that ppl with narcissistic personality disorder have much higher testosterone levels than other people of the same gender. So this goes for both men and women.
And while thick eyebrows and wide jawline don’t seem to be those all exhaustive facial features which some reviews suggest, there are other features which probably do unite all narcissists. One is the stare HG taught us a lot about. Not always easy to spot though.
Another Cat, ok, that is an interesting fact to, err, be aware of. I am assuming that is for those who are narcissistic, yes, it probably sounds about right. No wonder they end sniffing around for more “food” when they have already had some food and have more food at home. One is never enough for them.
As for the stare, that is more obvious. I have seen people staring at me and I used to either a) stare back without smiling at them; b) mutter summat like “Whatcha fkg staring at”; c) avoid eye contact and bugger off (with maybe a few mutterings; or even saying it louder), or d) stare back at them and give them a smile. I would suggest it’s probably an Aspie ‘thang’ before my ACON ET / LT kicks in.
Hmmm, thick eye brows? And a wide jawline? Could be handy that, they can fit a lot in that then? It can be used to sweep the floor too. The broom can be used for something else 🙂
So much fun reading your comments AE! Well, regarding the eyebrows, HG stated that his are not thick (the black swan, as Karl Popper would put it), and I really think thick-eyebrowed Jeremy Irons is rather empathic, and Elvis was probably empathic as well, so newspaper articles about narcissists and eyebrow thickness are wrong. I have also noticed that some celebrities with wide jaws are empathic, some of them named by HG.
Though when it comes to firm/hard skin on the nosetip (goes for all shapes, button nose, carrot, Roman nose, it’s not the shape, it’s the tip), that one helps me a lot, along with assessing the behaviour of a person. I meet a lot of ppl at work and I don’t go around looking at their noses, that’s only when I notice weird or rude behaviour.
Oh, but when it comes to celebrities, there is often plastic surgery through the years, the original nosetip found when you google “Young [name]”
I love it that you stare right back, Asp Emp! I recall having done that maybe five times in life only. Should have done it way more!
THAT doctor brown. There is a less than 40 second video of the “expert” witness having some kind of ‘breakdown’. What he does is bizarre.
Even Johnny can be seen to have the expression of ‘WTF was that?!’ on his face, Johnny’s left hand goes towards the side of his head as his ‘thought’ goes across his mind.
It seemed to me that, if this doctor is indeed a narcissist, that the ‘creature’ looks as if it is about to escape from his mouth and his hand is trying to keep the creature in. His mouth contorts quite dramatically. Is this a major ‘malfunction’ of the narcissist as the narcissism has gone into an entirely empty warehouse moment?
I would be interested in how other people view what can ben seen on that video.
A half second before I heard HG express a similar thought, I posted on yt that the doctor had no trouble admitting he knows nothing about acting because he obviously doesn’t consider it worth knowing. I don’t care for his dissing my obsession! (Narc traits flaring over here…)
Anyhow, his watching Depp act for a diagnosis is bizarre. There are good and bad actors among narcs and non-narcs. Narcissism neither precludes talent (Angelina Jolie) nor guarantees it (Amber and Harry’s Wife).
HG you are 100% correct. He fails in any convincing way to promote the idea JD is a narcissist. His evidence was not well thought out, nor will it hit a score with the public. He seems uncomfortable about having to do this.
Understandable when one considers he is siding with what he must know is a narcissist. I am surprised they would go this route all things considered.
All — he did this – she did that – is ridiculous – have they completely lost track that this is a libel case with regards to an article? It is almost like an ongoing war between the two. Assertion of control as HG would put it.
What is with her witnesses turning exclusively to the jury? In my DV trial, I testified to the jurt, but jeepers creepers, these folks are over the top weird in the way they do it. Thoughts, HG? (Elaine mispronounces exploitative. Zzz. And his testimony is inarticulate. He’s very general.)

That’s interesting Another Cat.
I like Christopher Lloyd too.
Some narcissists seem much more agreeable than others, sure do, even though we’re not to have contact with them either.
This is true Another Cat.
Another Cat, you made me laugh “I gather because of the raised testosterone levels” – yes, I’m sure 🙂

!! fooking hell…… my earlier comment I sent……
*be, not ben……be, be, be…..

Asp Emp, you made my day with that comment.
Thank you, Another Cat 🙂
