10 Years of Knowing the Narcissist : The Articles

There are thousands of articles to be read at Knowing the Narcissist and this is a tiny selection of the thumbnails that have accompanied the articles.
I have written about many different aspects of the narcissist and the narcissistic dynamic. I have explained how we see the world and your place in it, I have detailed how the dynamic operates in different situations and I have provided you with access to a mindset few ever get to truly witness.
Certain articles provoke, others elicit fear and tears, others generate grieving and hurt. There are those that make you think, those that take you back to those dark days, those that remind you of what you endured. Certain articles blew your mind, others caused the lightbulb of understanding to finally be lit.
All brought insight.
I would like you to share with the readers your favourite articles and why the article resonated for you. Perhaps you re-read it regularly or from time to time? Perhaps you have shared it with other people? Whatever the reason, do explain in the comments section below this post why that article or those articles matter to you.

It’s such a huge catalogue of work and I’m overwhelmed to choose. Everything provided has been of value, even when you think it doesn’t apply directly to your own situation. Very often you will find it does after all.
A mixture of articles, books, and products from The Knowledge Vault that spring to mind at present:
Sex and the Narcissist is a must for anyone in an intimate relationship with a narcissist.
Fuel, Fury, and Sitting Target are basics
that need to be understood before anything else makes sense.
The 3 assertions of control.
The Addiction Triple Package
Narc Tales 1 and 2 for a lighthearted spin.
Interactive articles such as HG’s Christmas Captives Series for learning and loads of laughs.
The Knowing HG series for those who REALLY want to get to Know the Narcissist a little better (but beware its highly addictive and at times, frustrating nature).
The Letters to the Narcissist series for bearing witness to the multitude of different scenarios and manipulations experienced by readers.
There are so many, and I will kick myself after signing off for all the others that will come to mind.
The request was for articles but NOTHING beats the bespoke Consultations.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts NA.
“I would like you to share with the readers your favourite articles and why the article resonated for you.”
My pleasure Mr Tudor.
I tried to narrow it to 10, since we celebrate 10 years. Because that was simply impossible, I made a compromise: 10 articles that hit me the hardest about narcissism (for various reasons), 5 about ET, and 10 articles that hit me the hardest and moved me to tears because of the beauty of the writing and/or the content, or haunted me personally.
The First Law of Tudor that I practise daily is not an article but this: your estimation that +/- 1 in 6 are narcissists. Everywhere I am, I count: example: “ok, 10 people here, we have a minimum of 1 narcissist among us. Ok there’s 20 people here, take into consideration possibly 3 people are Narcissists”. This has helped me so much to get a grip of my surroundings.
10 Articles about narcissism:
1) The Narcissist’s Wheel of Misery: it is my daily mantra, I repeat it over and over again. It is written as a reminder on my desk. No days pass without repeating this. It is my Second Law of Tudor that I practise: don’t go on the wheel. It has the same power as the GOSO law, except, my brain needs the visualisation of the wheel and the misery added to it, consequently not using logic, and then you interact, you suffer, your ET rises, and on and on it goes. Very very powerful and effective visual.
https://narcsite.com/2021/06/09/the-narcissists-wheel-of-misery-4/
2) The narcissist Twin Lines of Defense: I consider this the basis in understanding Narcissists in action. Once you understand this pattern, red flags show up very early in your interaction with unknown Narcissists. It’s like seeing a child with the chocolate all over its face saying nope, never touched the chocolate. And when you point out: your face is completely covered in chocolate, the child screams: Well my sister made me do it ( or insert another manipulation/lie/blame shifting). Very powerful article. Basis. Start here.
https://narcsite.com/2025/05/17/the-narcissists-twin-lines-of-defence-19/
3) Provocation: Another basic Law of Narcissism to understand. And then apply number 1: don’t go on the wheel.
https://narcsite.com/2017/07/29/provocation-4/
4) I am empty: This is printed and on my desk for many years now. I muse while looking at this during the days. I see the image while the narcissists at my work are arguing before my desk. Another basic article that is imprinted in my brain.
https://narcsite.com/2019/11/23/i-am-empty-i-show-you-what-you-want-to-see-6/
5) You should – You’d better
This is my trigger warning for all interactions surrounding me: I have become a spy to these behaviours: You should and You’d better it is surprising how much this is used against me and how I was unaware. Forever grateful for these articles and the eye opener it was. Life saver. This series is also printed and both images are on my desk.
https://narcsite.com/2022/10/27/you-should-18/
https://narcsite.com/2019/03/03/youd-better-7/
6) We see you as an object: Important lesson in the Tudor University. I would have never known or been aware of this. You cannot understand narcissism without understanding and accepting this.
https://narcsite.com/2019/02/10/we-see-you-as-an-object-3/
7) The Games are always being played, ooh, personal favourite. Literally the equivalent of banging your head against a brick wall in frustration. Number 1 applies again: don’t go on the wheel..
https://narcsite.com/2020/11/17/games/
8) Scapegoat: together with all the different imagery this article came with during the years. Loved, loved, loved all of them. Before Tudor University, this mechanism was completely unknown and not understood by me. Another basic article in understanding your surroundings. Sidenote: I am also in love with the opening ““You don’t want to end up like him do you now?”Years later those words still echo through my mind.” What a cliffhanger to open a lecture with, touches me every time.
https://narcsite.com/2021/05/07/scapegoat-18/
9) The march of the love frauds: Also demonstrated by Mr Tudor’s estimation that 1 in 6 people is a narcissist (17%). I cannot think of a top 10 without this one. Chilling. Eye opening. Haunting.
https://narcsite.com/2024/02/01/the-march-of-the-love-frauds-6/
10) The Prime Aims: self explanatory. The Basis of Mr Tudor’s extensive work. Everything starts and comes back here.
https://narcsite.com/2019/01/02/the-prime-aims-4/
More all time favourites:
– I want to be adored. This was so important in understanding the “why why why?”, it gets so much clearer after you totally understand this article.
https://narcsite.com/2016/11/16/i-want-to-be-adored-2/
– Narc club: another one that is printed in my office. Everytime we discover a new member, a colourful pin gets added to the page, as to add a new member, while nobody understands what my colleague and I are doing! It’s our secret way of coping with them.
https://narcsite.com/2016/01/18/narc-club/
– Attachment is the seat of misery: It hits me hard, because it is true.
https://narcsite.com/2019/01/29/attachment-is-the-seat-of-misery-7/
– Calculation and the narcissist: a wonderful way of teaching in the Tudor University
https://narcsite.com/2019/12/01/calculation-and-the-narcissist-part-two-2/
– Character Assasination: Reading this, was an epiphany for me. I was so blind to this form of manipulation. This was probably the one of the articles out of your extensive catalogue, that led to a full horror moment (FHM) regarding a lot of people. I have a special bond with this one!
https://narcsite.com/2017/06/05/the-paranoia-of-character-assassination-3/
I don’t want to leave out The effect of no contact on the Narcissist: but in my opinion, the best example of the efficacy of this is not an article, but what we see on a world stage happening between the Prince of Wales and TOW.
5 Articles about the enemy within:
1) The Emotional Sea, pt 1, pt 2, and pt 3: It took me years before I finally appreciated these series of articles. It was only far into my journey of understanding your work and understanding the mechanisms behind narcissism and ET and the addiction, that I started to understand this series of articles and take the words in. Not for starters I would say.
https://narcsite.com/2020/11/08/the-emotional-sea-the-first-battle/
https://narcsite.com/2021/06/11/the-emotional-sea-the-second-battle-7/
https://narcsite.com/2021/06/12/the-emotional-sea-the-third-battle-7/
2) How your emotional thinking causes excuses: sad but true. I witness this more than I like in victims of narcissism.
https://narcsite.com/2024/10/01/knowing-the-narcissist-how-your-emotional-thinking-causes-excuses-11/
3) Three Letter Word Trap: I could knock myself on the head after realising the truth to this article. Another basics
https://narcsite.com/2023/11/21/knowing-the-narcissist-the-three-letter-love-trap-5/
4) You wear guilt: It was in a way comforting to understand this, and to understand it is all manipulation.
https://narcsite.com/2017/01/15/you-wear-guilt-2/
5) Sins of the empath: Truth Seeker: another hard truth from the Tudor University.
https://narcsite.com/2017/01/18/sins-of-the-empath-truth-seeker-2/
I also very much enjoyed the Narcissistic Truths series. I mention this in its entirety. All of them.
And Finally:
10 Articles to better understand and/or appreciate Mr Tudor:
1) Don’t Fail Me / Never Let me Down: I cannot count the hours I’ve spent until I finally understood: “But he did. He left. He let me down.”
https://narcsite.com/2019/05/27/dont-fail-me-4/
2) Forever Wrong Upon the Throne: an all time favourite, after understanding what was meant. Also grateful for the reading in the members section on YouTube.
https://narcsite.com/2022/10/08/forever-wrong-upon-the-throne-9/
3) Shades: this is quite a challenge and we are far from finished with this one. But the beauty of this text cannot be exaggerated, it is heart-warmingly beautiful. I am moved to tears by the beauty of this text. Gets me every time. I think back with good memories to our efforts with WhoCares and Mercy.
https://narcsite.com/2017/05/18/shade-4/
4) You said we would always be together: argh… tears… every time 💔💔
https://narcsite.com/2019/09/01/you-said-we-would-always-be-together-2/
5) The Key to Entry: It took me many years to decipher this. Remains my all time favourite and has to be in the top 5.
https://narcsite.com/2023/06/05/knowing-the-narcissist-the-key-to-entry/
6) The haunted Chamber: I enjoyed the unraveling layer by layer, until I came to a full understanding of this beautiful text.
https://narcsite.com/2021/10/31/the-haunted-chamber-7/
7) Stuck in the Middle: heartbreakingly haunting and disturbing. This haunts me until present days
https://narcsite.com/2015/11/19/stuck-in-the-middle-with-you/
8) Psychopath: Ice cold: the missing link to the story. We had to wait patiently and very long until you decided to give us this missing link.
https://narcsite.com/2023/11/29/psychopath-ice-cold/
9) Losing my grip: a double layered story. Testament to your brilliant storytelling. As an outsider looking in, these stories tend to give weight to the concept that you are indeed hiding from yourself.
https://narcsite.com/2020/06/04/losing-my-grip-7/
10) Here comes the rain again: How can Karen not be in the top 10… Any article about Karen would have his righteous place here. Ultimately I chose this one. A classic. Again because of the double layers to this tale. To this day, I don’t have any confirmation concerning my thoughts about this. It is still one of the topics for our consultation (to be scheduled).
https://narcsite.com/2019/09/02/here-comes-the-rain-again-5/
I had to limit my selection to 10, but I cannot leave out these articles, so here are my bonuses:
– A peculiar placement: a more difficult one to decipher. You feel there is more to this article. But it remains in your power until we get to understand the deeper meaning and the deeper layers it consists of.
https://narcsite.com/2021/10/31/a-peculiar-placement/
– Angel of my Creation + The voice of an Angel: For the romantics amongst us. For those who have “hope” there is still love in Mr Tudor’s heart.
https://narcsite.com/2020/04/30/angel-of-my-creation-6/
https://narcsite.com/2019/08/14/the-voice-of-an-angel-2/
– Mirrored: You cannot try to begin to understand Mr Tudor and leave this article out. It is the totality of all articles which gives an outsider looking in, the impression that you are hiding from yourself. It is not based on 1 article. It helped a lot in understanding narcissism. Thank you for this very personal and undoubtedly very difficult experience that was shared.
https://narcsite.com/2016/07/09/mirrored/
– Missive from Matrinarc: I loved getting a glimpse into your fury. The visual is so vividly depicted, I can literally see the scene unfold before me. The lines read faster and faster as the fury unfolds, we empathise with the injustice done to you, my heart rate rises, until finally, you sit down and we can feel the comforting feeling of you regaining your power and control over the situation. This article is pure perfection and beauty.
https://narcsite.com/2019/03/30/a-missive-from-matrinarc/
Hello Z, thank you for taking the time to provide such a comprehensive list of top tens and the links as well so that people who may not have read these articles can do so. Your usual thoughtfulness evidence in action. I enjoyed reading about the impact of my work on you, thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Z,
So many emotions passed through me as I read your comprehensive list – especially for the last ten.
I laughed out loud at your coloured pins for new narcs at work! That’s awesome that you and your colleague have a sense of humour over that.
Ahhh, “Shades”…so many brain cells applied towards that and other KHG matters. I do miss that time and those conversations.
(I hope both Mercy and FYI also get a chance to pop in. That would be nice.)
Oh dear – in my previous comment I meant *FYC, not fyi!
All In The Eyes, Empathy and Irony, Whore, The Mockery of Mimicry, Ex Machina, I Show You What You Want to See, To Control Is To Cope, and much more, are amongst my favourites where it’s about understanding your kind’s dynamic where one receives the glimpse about what goes on below. These perspectives are outstanding and not to be found within other providers’ materials about your kind.
It is hugely practical that all articles have a recorded version and one can listen on repeat to gain an extensive insight. The recent Realisation Not Rage hit really deep and will also be amongst the all time favourites, highlighting how emotional thinking is probably the most futile thing evolution or psyche could have come up with as it doesn’t serve any productive outcome for the victim. Thank you so much for this most recent nugget of reminder, clarity and understanding!
The Psychopath series and everything Ultra related is of course a fascination and in the top 10 naturally!
Thank you for sharing.
Narcissist: We See You as an Object
This one hit home for me because it opened my eyes to how the narcissists in my life viewed me, which made total sense out of how they could treat me as they did. It was a turning point for me, realizing this, because I could release blame from them, that everything was my fault, and any expectation or hope for change on their part also. I think of the barcode quite often when the narc still in my life does certain things, it helps me not take it personally.
Article : The Darkness….. the words…..
“Do you feel the darkness? No, you never do. You never see the darkness until you have seen the light.”
Absolutely. After years of being under the ‘fog’ of unawareness, lack of knowledge and swimming in the emotional seas of the affects of underlying & undiagnosed PTSD / CPSTD (still not officially diagnosed, yet, has been ‘acknowledged’), HG’s work is the light (and also shows the dark) to be able to see better.
Thank you for sharing Asp Amp.
I just opened my browser and was surprised by how many posts I have in my favorites. Too many memorable articles. ALL of them are great. It’s hard to single out one. One is better than the other.
Probably the posts that hit me the hardest were the ones that resonated with me, or more precisely with the situations I had with my narcissist.
“Knowing the Narcissist: Whore”.
I remember that day well, it was a chemistry class. Then I called him a moral whore, meaning of course “mental whore”. I remember it made an impression on him.
“Parasite”
Well, how can you put into words what you feel when you read this? 100% understanding, 0% condemnation. Very powerfully written.
“Narcissist: We See You As An Object” and there is another one where you compare girls with different equipment.
My narcissist and I constantly spoke in metaphors. I compared myself to technology. (Windows and Apple).
And I compared my narcissist, but with food. Well, like there is healthy food, and there are French fries, it is tastier, but it gives you gastritis. He told me: “You can’t compare people with food.” There was a lot more))
“My Secret Garden”.
I was there. How painful it is to remember.
“The March of the Love Frauds”.
This is a terribly masterpiece.
“Your Pledge To The Narcissist”.
This is brilliant. At the end, I could not hold back an admiring smile.
“Knowing the Narcissist: To Control is to Cope – Narcissism and Its Creation”
Cool description. In fact, this is already a professional psychotherapeutic essay.
I highlighted these, but I understand that this is just a grain of everything. Everything you write is memorable.
“Putting aside my usual blaming behaviours I would offer you this conclusion. To volunteer is to be able to exercise a degree of decision-making and control over your own person. You were never allowed that control.
We took it.” Thanks to you, H.G. Tudor I now often ask my patients who are in toxic relationships the question: “Do you understand the difference between a volunteer and a victim?”
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Josephina.
Hello HG: I already responded twice but when the contagian meets darkness, I literally jumped out of my seat and felt you had invaded my brain!
Hello Sir–
6 Silent Soul Destroyers…that one always hits hard. But I have interacted with someone who uses silent treatments extensively. Then would tell me that “I had to punish you…because you are such an amazing person”…the story is a little more complicated, but that was the major explanation when I was told that I had been punished. Other times it would be other random pity plays…I didn’t realize how meaningless they were until finding your work. I didn’t think it through. I just accepted it. But when logic is applied to a sob story from a narcissist/narcissistic person…it falls apart…because I realized nothing they were saying represented the most likely reality of the situation. And I could make a reasonable guess at that after more than a decade of observation–along with the other behaviours piled on…I realized that the individual was really more of an added burden to those helping whilst taking credit for zero effort.
I don’t remember the title off the top of my head…but there is one where you describe who has the most difficult time getting over the narcissist…and another about how the narcissist devalues different victims…I think there might be one that does a little of both. But I might have fused them in my mind…but those are critical.
The School and Cadre articles/videos for empaths. The saviour one is particularly comprehensive. I’m super looking forward to learning more about how these schools form…are there common childhood experiences shared by those who are contagion empaths? You’ve hinted some about the similarity involved in the forging of a super empath. And the CoD empath is extensively detailed in “Chained.” (Waiting for the audiobook for that one and Sitting Target…hoping they will be out soon.) I’d like to know more about Magnet, Martyr, Carrier, and Geyser as well. Are Martyr/Carrier more trained by watching examples…but Geyser and Magnet more genetic?
I really like “The Relational Tower” and “Forever Wrong Upon the Throne” — so much rich imagery. There’s a mystery and sadness to the articles like those two. In the former, it’s like you’ve taken my hand and are pointing to the pitfalls, and there’s no shame or glee in it. It would be interesting if a form IPPS were to read it and we could know her reaction (not that I want them being reminded of your dark powers). Reading it reminds me of Sam and Frodo as they get ever closer to Mount Doom in their quest to destroy the one ring. “Forever Wrong Upon the Throne” is a completely different feeling. It feels like you’re talking to me on a throne on a raised pedestal and I’m seated a step lower than you on the step, not a chair, but easily within your reach and just listening quietly. It makes me want to help you, but I know better than to touch uninvited.
I like all the different articles with the good doctors as well. The one where you are there for your second visit. It hurt to see you so angry, and I don’t know if it was all real or part of it was manufactured. The one with Dr. O clearly seeming quite taken with you. The one where you squeeze out a few tears to manipulate and smash the mirror. Each of that series is superlative. I would like more of those…it’s interesting to read how professionals respond to you. There are a few YouTube psychologists it would be interesting to listen to you converse with (not Dr. Plagiarizer). There are two I find to be quite empathic. I would be curious to see how you would interpret them in the few minutes it takes you to determine your classification.
The ones about your IPPSs or desired IPPS…those are always good but sometimes a little difficult to handle. I have to be in the right frame of mind. It’s an interesting emotional journey with those. It’s a different path with each reading.
That’s what springs to mind of articles…for YouTube Videos–Watch the Ask HG, Lives, and the Interviews. And I think that “What No Contact Does to the Narcissist Part 3” (Greater narcissist) from your original YouTube channel is one of the most beautiful videos you have. Everything about it comes together to make this haunting video, your imagery, where it was recorded, the quality of the microphone…and I would change nothing. When you describe the victim going into the study of the narcissist as entering a Dragon’s Lair…the visual just encompasses everything…and shows how small the victim would be feeling in that moment.
Anyway…those are my thoughts. Looking forward to whatever you have coming up. Hope all is well, sir!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts Dani.
House of Discards was the first article I ever read. It drew me in. That was in April of 2019 and I’ve been here ever since.
Harpoon of Seduction was another one of your early articles that resonated with me and started to open my eyes wider.
The Three That Got Away. That was the first time I heard your callousness. That was tough. It still bothers me now.
I Smell Victim. I had a visceral reaction to that. A lot of anger. But its something I needed to hear.
The Empath’s Revenge, Realization Not Rage. “Anger causes self blame” Man, did I need to hear that.
Last but certainly not least, all your interviews with Doug. Your conversations with him were so engaging. I learned so much listening to those interviews.
Thank you, Mr. Tudor.
Thank you for sharing your favourites.
https://narcsite.com/2025/07/27/the-creation-of-narcissism-to-control-is-to-cope-6/
This article was a key to understanding better, in part, how coping strategies are formed, whether it is a narcissist adopting as such, or, an empath. Normals may also have coping mechanisms of their own ie Sinead O’Connor (your video series on her was fascinating).
Good to know.
“Razed To The Ground”
https://narcsite.com/2024/12/22/razed-to-the-ground-14/
Not too long after arriving on the blog this piece was an early, impactful article for me. It really conveys the reality of how easily the narcissist trashes what was once laboured over.
I commented, back then, how it reminded me of the horror I felt when I discovered ‘The Fallas of Valencia’ festival in Spain. The fantastic, larger than life (literally) elaborate creations that are designed, constructed and perfected – all with the intention of setting them on fire in the end!! The artist in me, who used to sculpt, create parade entries and theatre props, (but not for some time now) was truly horrified, yet fascinated…and, I would still like to witness it, firsthand, someday. I can’t imagine watching the fruit of one’s creative process and labour of love go up in flames – just like that!
Also, that is what it is like – the realization – after you’ve endured a long-term ensnarement, built a life and/or family together and then come to the realization of what a giant mindfuck it all was. Poof! Gone. Up in smoke. Or might as well be.
It’s a memorable article HG, and an excellent analogy. It actually, in the present, makes me think of much of what is going on in the US and how things can be so easily dismantled and destroyed at a narcissist’s whim.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this piece.
Hello WhoCares,
Yes, this article has resonated with me, too. Though, the first time I have come accross it, in Confessions of Narcissist book, it’s called different there, the rise and the fall of the empire.
Hello Arya,
Yes, it is in the Confessions series – it may even be on the blog, in an earlier posting, under the name you mentioned. By the way, the “Confessions of a Narcissist” series is one my favourites of HG’s – after the book “Sitting Target.”
WhoCares,
I hope we are invited to make a top ten list of the books, favourite videos (both channels), logic bulletins/assistance packages, …
Confessions series will indeed be a winner (by repeated mention) I guess in everyone’s lists!!!
Z,
That’s would be a good idea!
Although, I feel like I am often repeating myself since I shared all my favourites when HG interviewed me. A complete top 10 would be fun and require more thought – especially if including the reason why, as you did.
Hello WhoCares,
I see. I’ve read the confessions, but “Sitting target” not yet. I’m reading them by order I purchased them, and this one, Fuel and Fury are at the end.
Arya,
Ooh, you will really enjoy Fuel and Fury. For me, Sitting Target dispelled any illusions I maintained about meeting my narcissist and the golden period.
WC, your input is needed on the post “The Books of HG Tudor”.
HG,
I have been composing my list!
There are too many of your articles for me to specify a particular favourite.
However,……there is one that made me so particularly angry (at that time) that I lost count of the number of times I used the F-word in one comment. That image of the specifically cut shaped topiary has never left my mind !
Oh, what about the ‘crackling’ conversation in ‘The Porn Supremacy’……..
Artistically, I really thoroughly enjoyed your video (but not limited to just) ‘Inside The Mind Of A Narcissistic Psychopath’.
‘Burn, Burn, Just For Me’, Knowing HG series, ‘Educating HG’ series……. spring to my mind at this moment……
So much of your work is enjoyable, simply because of the different ‘prisms’ of narcissism (and psychopathy) that you offer as varying perspectives, to suit many types of neurology.
As an author, educator, entertainment, literature….. you are my first choice, if I can only take one book with me….. thank you, HG.
Thanks for sharing, it’s always interested to receive the reactions to my work.
Gosh there are so many articles that have resonated with me at different times and for different reasons.
Utopia. That one broke my heart not long after arriving on the blog. I still have to be careful reading it as it throws me back to the time and place I was when I first read it. I can see myself sitting there in tears, just aching. Utopia is still the toughest for me.
Love is a Taught Construct. Another tough article but not as relates to me. It stirs up emotions. Anger, frustration and sadness for little HG. I am careful with this one too as I am determined to see you as you are, strong, capable, bulletproof and really quite deadly.
Losing My Grip. Because it encouraged me to buy the Knowing HG series which piqued my curiosity to understand more about the man behind the mask.
The Wrong Focus and The Clarity Parts 1 and 2. Breakthrough articles for my personal recovery. Highly impactful also for those I have supported.
All of the empath school and cadre videos! I still find it shocking and just slightly disconcerting to see how well you understand the empath. I have learned a lot about myself from that series as have others I’ve supported and that has only served to make us all stronger.
All of the Psychopathy videos. I’m spell bound by them. The Gauge is my favourite because you sound schmexy. (Shallow but honest!)
Personally, I think your most recent content has an added level of experience and confidence which is striking. Still you, but richer somehow, particularly in terms of conveying the emotional aspect experienced by the empath.
The Empath in the Narcissist’s Silent Grip knocked the breath out of me.
The recent content about the Narcissist Mother, incredibly insightful and relevant to those of us who might be out of romantic ensnarements but are still piecing together why we react to certain comments / events in the way we do.
Into the Woods with HG and Educating HG. Because we can see your narcissism and psychopathy in their fledgling stages and see how early they were both evident. Both fascinating reads.
I think it’s important to note overall though that the varying styles of articles are useful for different empaths at different times. Articles that resonated with me don’t always resonate with others I support. A range of articles in a range of writing styles is what sets you apart and makes you effective in terms of getting through to people. Different empaths, different experiences and fortunately there is something to resonate with everyone.
There are so many more I could mention, but in the interest of brevity …!
Thank you TS, I found your observations of interest.
I love your choices TS! You have me thinking now. I just can’t choose favourites at all. For me, sex and the narcissist was one of the biggest eye openers.
HG thank you so much, I cannot believe it had been 10 years. I actually can’t even recall the time before I started learning from you. Your work is in a league of its own and I/we could never have even comprehended even a smidgen of what we’ve learned from you from other sources. It was all still very much a mystery until September 2015. Little by little I learned more and more and I’m continuing to do so.
I can’t even comprehend what else I’d like to learn. I love re reading different articles and seeing something new that I hadn’t noticed before or want ready and didn’t have the capacity to comprehend.
For me there are some niche things I’d still like to understand. Why do so many, almost always Ns have dead eyes with a very small percentage who have a little twinkle in their eyes.
I’d love to understand more about what greaters think. Eg what musk, putin think re Trump. And more about starmer.
But more than anything I’d just like to thank you for everything for you’ve done for us. I love the way your talent oozes through and you’ve maintained your unique style, selling out but never sold out. Huge hugs and…cuddles
Thank you Alexis and for your contributions to the blog over the years. I have made a note of your wishes.
Thanks so much HG – I’ve enjoyed it immensely.
I do have one more burning question for a possible future article.
I’d love to understand why people, empaths, normals and even narcs are scared of the truth. I understand why a narc would not want others to see the truth, because it weakens their control. But why don’t others want to see the truth? Are they scared of it? Does it hurt their ego? For example, some empaths not wanting to learn that their N never truly loved them? Or that they trotted out the same or similar lines to everyone.
I like to know and understand this.
Even for example I’m a terrible singer, I know this, I’ll still wack the music up full volume though so I can’t hear myself haha but I know.
Hi Alexis,
Its always great to see your name pop up!
I know your question wasn’t specific about Trump but I would love a video on how Greaters might view Trump. I think I’d even like a video on how empaths might view him as well.
Oooh yes TS, an empath’s view would be equally intriguing.
Well if I’m an empath lol – I think “T***”. So eloquent.
The more I think the more articles I’d like to add and the more I recall previous articles too. I’m going to stop thinking as HGs thoughts are better than mine. Hmm not better in a good way though, but rather, more intelligent and well thought through.
Hi Alexis,
Its Leigh, not TS. But I did respond under TS’ original comment so I can understand the confusion, lol!
Mr. Tudor has a smorgasbord of information! There’s so many things I’d like more information on. There’s too many to count!
Wow Leigh, those are some questions I’ve had about Trump also! Especially about how greatest view him. They know what he is but they still seem unable to control him. Or are they…?
Good to see you again Asp Emp. I see you less often on the blog these days, but I hope you are still doing well.
That Porn Supremacy thread was a classic, I agree 😂
thank you, TS.
